By accessing or using Quantum Orca's Digital Nervous System platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quantum Orca.

2. Use of Services

• You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these terms

• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes

• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• You will not use our services to transmit malicious code or harmful content

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Quantum Orca platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI algorithms, are owned by Quantum Orca and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

4. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with notice

• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

5. Limitation of Liability

Quantum Orca provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amman, Jordan.
